Membership Values
Last updated: September 16, 2026
This page is the human side of membership. It’s not a legal document, that’s what our Terms of Service are for. This is us telling you plainly what membership means, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you in return.
The short version: You’re not locked into anything hidden. New memberships run for an initial 3-month term, then continue month-to-month. Extra help beyond your included time is $99/hour. If you ever want to cancel, just reach out, no cancellation fee, no runaround, we’ll help you wrap up cleanly. Read on for the full picture.
What Membership Really Means
A Mobile-Tech membership isn’t an hour bank, and it isn’t a repair ticket. It’s an ongoing relationship with a local team that gets to know your home. Here’s what we strive for:
- We work to keep your household technology running smoothly.
- We watch for problems, aiming to catch them before they become emergencies.
- We document your setup, so you don’t have to start over with a stranger.
- We advise you honestly when you’re deciding what to buy.
- We’re here to help when something breaks.
That’s what you’re really paying for: continuity, trust, and a team that already knows your home.
What You Can Expect From Us
We strive to:
- Treat you, your home, your information, and your time with respect.
- Explain what we’re doing and why, in plain language, no confusing tech talk.
- Be honest about mistakes, and make things right within the terms of your service agreement.
- Recommend technology based on what’s actually right for you, not what earns us the biggest invoice.
- Teach you when you want to learn, and take more off your plate when you’d rather not think about it.
- Tell you clearly when something falls outside your membership, or should be a separate project, before we start.
- Protect your privacy, and only access what we need to help you.
- Avoid locking you in. You own and control the technology you buy.
- Stay professional while remaining approachable, patient, and human.
What We Ask of You
In return, we ask you to:
- Treat our team with the same courtesy and respect we bring to you.
- Be honest and communicate with us when something’s wrong. We can’t fix what we don’t know about.
- Keep the tools we use to support you installed and working, where your devices allow it.
- Give us reasonable access to your systems when you need our help.
- Respect our appointment times, project boundaries, and the billing terms we agree to.
- Remember that support works best as a partnership, not a one-way street.
How to Cancel
There’s no cancellation fee, no retention runaround, and no hard feelings. After your initial 3-month term, you can cancel anytime, for any reason.
To cancel, call us at 520-314-7152, email us at mobiletechllcaz@gmail.com, or reach out through our Contact page.
Let us know you’d like to end your membership, and we’ll schedule a short wrap-up conversation. In that conversation, we’ll:
- Confirm your cancellation date and stop billing from there.
- Review any unused time from your current billing period. If we owe you something back for it, we’ll settle up rather than let it disappear.
- Make sure any open work gets finished or handed off cleanly, and that you have what you need going forward.
If you’re canceling because something about the service wasn’t working for you, we’d genuinely like to know, see the “When Something’s Not Working” section below for how we handle that.
When Something’s Not Working
Every relationship has friction sometimes. Here’s how we handle it, whichever direction it goes.
If you ever feel we’ve fallen short of this promise, tell us. We’ll listen, take it seriously, and do what we can to make it right.
If we ever have a concern about how we’re being treated, or about the working relationship, we’ll do the same: explain the concern clearly, and give it a real chance to get better.
We lead with kindness, grace, and forgiveness. Genuine mistakes and bad days don’t end a membership.
Repeated disrespect, bullying, or a breakdown of trust that can’t be resolved, does. If that happens, here’s what ending a membership actually looks like:
- We explain the concern, clearly and respectfully.
- Wherever appropriate, we give it a real chance to be corrected.
- If it’s still not working, we stop billing and agree on an end date. No games, no runaround.
- Any outstanding work gets finished or fairly reconciled.
- We give you what you reasonably need to transition elsewhere.
This isn’t about punishment on either side. It’s about protecting a relationship that only works when both of us are treating each other well, and parting ways cleanly when it doesn’t.
The Legal Version
This page describes the spirit of membership. The binding details, like liability, payment terms, and service scope, live in our Terms of Service. If anything on this page ever conflicts with our Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.
