Service Definitions

  • Company refers to Mobile-Tech, LLC, a Limited Liability Company operating in Tucson, Arizona
  • Services refers to all technology support, consultation, repair, and related services provided by Mobile-Tech, LLC
  • Client or You refers to the individual or entity requesting and paying for services
  • On-Site Visit refers to mobile technology support provided at the client’s location
  • Drop-off refers to client bringing a device to Mobile-Tech, LLC for repair
  • Remote Support refers to remote technology support provided over the internet and phone

Service Terms

Service Provision

Mobile-Tech, LLC provides professional technology support services including but not limited to:

  • Computer repair and maintenance
  • Network setup and troubleshooting
  • Device configuration and training
  • Technology consultation and purchasing advice
  • Enterprise infrastructure solutions
  • Travel distance beyond 45 minutes each direction will incur additional charges (Typically 50% of the hourly rate) and will require a two hour charge minimium

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing
  • Clients agree to pay all fees for services rendered
  • Payment methods accepted include cash, check, and electronic payment

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about technology issues and requirements
  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to equipment and work areas
  • Back up important data before service (when possible and recommended)
  • Pay agreed-upon invoices in a timely manner

Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: Mobile-Tech, LLC operates as a service company providing professional technology support. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following limitations:

No Assumption of Liabilities or Damages

  • Mobile-Tech, LLC does not assume liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or equipment damage that may occur during or after service
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question

No Warranties

  • Mobile-Tech, LLC does not provide implicit or explicit warranties on services rendered
  • We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or performance improvements
  • All services are provided “as is” based on professional assessment and industry best practices

Best Efforts Commitment

While we disclaim warranties, Mobile-Tech, LLC commits to:

  • Providing professional, competent service to the best of our abilities
  • Using industry-standard practices and procedures
  • Taking reasonable care when handling client equipment and data
  • Addressing client concerns promptly and professionally

Data and Privacy

  • We respect client privacy and handle all data with professional discretion
  • We may access client systems only as necessary to provide requested services
  • Clients are responsible for backing up important data before service
  • We recommend secure password practices and will assist with implementation

Service Limitations

Scope of Work

  • Services are limited to those specifically requested and agreed upon
  • Additional work beyond the original scope may require separate authorization and payment
  • We reserve the right to decline services that are beyond our expertise or capabilities
  • Additions or changes to the agreed-upon scope may incur additional charges and time to complete

Equipment and Third-Party Issues

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing hardware failures or manufacturing defects
  • Third-party software issues may be outside our direct control
  • Some repairs may require manufacturer service or replacement parts

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes:

  1. Clients agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with Mobile-Tech, LLC
  2. We will work in good faith to address any concerns or issues
  3. We strive to resolve and issues or any disputes quickly and with integrity

Mobile-Tech, LLC strives to provide:

  • Patient, professional service without judgment or confusing technical jargon
  • Educational support to help clients understand and maintain their technology
  • Honest assessment of technology needs and solutions
  • Same-day service when possible for urgent issues
  • All of the above is subject to team member availability and staffing
  • We value time and care for our clients and employees

Modifications to Terms

Mobile-Tech, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
